What data do I collect?
I collect data that you automatically communicate by visiting my website. I use Google Analytics, a tool that helps me keep track of the visits to my website. Google Analytics registers your ip-address, the device you are using to surf to my website, your location, the pages you visit, etc. This data helps me optimize my website for my visitors. Your data is anonymized by Google.
I collect data that you provide to me yourself, by sending an email or leaving a message on my website:
- Surname & first name
- E-mail address
- Your comments or questions
These data are stored in my CRM-system.
I send my e-mail newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through my website you will see a link to unsubscribe. From then on you will no longer receive my e-mails. Your personal data are stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other technologies that make it possible to see whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and as part of this to share information with third parties.
Your rights
5 years after your last contact with B-612 (adding data, opening a newsletter, etc.) your data will be deleted.
I will only use the data you provide to answer your questions. I will only send you a newsletter if you have given me your explicit permission to do so via my website, by verbal agreement or on a paper registration form.
You have the right to check and amend all the data I have on you at any time. Please send an email to carole@b-612.be to request your details.
You have the right to have all your data removed by me. Send an email to carole@b-612.be to have your data deleted.
I do not pass on any data to third parties with whom I do not have a processing agreement.
